Jumbo-14 – This “New Vintage Series” flat-top acoustic model was designed to be a replica of the great Gibson J-45 of the1940s or J-35 of the 1930s. The J-14 has a solid Adirondack spruce top ov er solid mahogany back, sides & neck. VERY special hand-rubbed tri-color sunburst finish. Back & sides finished in brown mahogany for an authentic vintage look. Solid ebony fingerboard and bridge. Bone nut & saddle. Ivoroid bridge pins & end-pin. Ivoroid single bound top & back. Mother-of-pearl fingerboard dots. Grover open-gear nickel tuners with nickel buttons. Shallow “C” profile neck. Light X-braced top, and ladder-braced back makes it an extremely light-weight, but powerful sounding guitar. Suitable for finger picking or plectrum.

The Jumbo-14 comes standard with Grover Sta-Tite open-geared nickel tuners with nickel buttons (unless otherwise requested). Ebony peghead with inlaid MOP logo, bone nut & saddle, ivoroid bridge pins & matching end-pin, 12-53 gauge strings, Pearl FB dots, side position markers. Single-bound ivoroid top & back. Comes with black hard shell case. A $500 deposit is required at start and balance due prior to shipping. Lead-time is approx. 6-8 weeks depending on model.
