New handmade replacement pickguard for 1960s-era Gibson Trini Lopez electric guitar. Fox Guitars’ TruVintage replacement pickguards very accurately reproduce the look of an aged original Gibson factory pickguard. They are made from 100% real celluloid tortoise shell with a rigid semi-translucent acrylic backing, which allows more light to show through the celluloid, and for added strength and stability. It has a 1-ply ivoroid binding around the edges except for pickup cut-outs. Hand-buffed glossy finish. Includes back reinforcing strip and hole for mounting pickguard to the exact specifications of the original factory pickguards.
